Head - eCommerce - FMCG Manufacturing (10-18 yrs)
Role : Head E Commerce
Drive the revenue business online on own website and marketplace channels
Job Description:
1) Strategic planning developing the business strategy
2) Drive the revenue business at marketplace accounts current and new.
3) Maximize revenue from own site through a user friendly site UI and UX
4) Conceptualise product strategy & eCommerce strategy to meet revenue objectives
5) Understand online consumer behaviour in path to purchase
6) Complete understanding of marketplace processes and systems, dynamics to drive higher revenues, running campaigns and evaluation
7) Understand omni-channel journey and create necessary communication/ tools to enhance conversion
8) Planning the product mix, promotions, pricing and communication, SEO, PPC
9) Driving traffic, optimising the purchase funnel and innovative marketing campaigns
10) Modern CRM practices for cross-sell and up-sell
11) Last mile operations of delivery and after sales service.
12) Knowledge of brand communication - creatives, agency management, execution for online creatives for campaigns
13) Responsible for media planning for marketplace accounts - Run digital media campaigns
14) Operations planning and execution - materials management, logistics, production, compliance to all standard processes and procedures.
15) Competitor analysis, market intelligence
16) Relationship building with various stakeholders - internal and external
17) Management of budgets
Desired Background:
- MBA / Engineer
- 10 -18 years experience out of which 10 years should be in digital
- Strong analytical skills, data driven
- Should have worked with marketplace channels and own website
- Good influencing skills
