Head - ECommerce
Ecommerce Management :
- Responsible for implementing the e-com strategy and managing the end to end e-com revenue.
- Onboarding, establishing and scaling up Strings business across the Ecommerce platform in India.
- Constant enrichment of marketing campaign for each website.
- Lead project of launching Mirada on amazon.com and amazon.ae
- Catalogue Management (new launching & product enrichment)
- Collect and provide platform level input to management to identify suitable product/ model from global portfolio and ensure successful launch on e-com.
- Working with operations to ensure smooth flow of orders.
- Customer return analysis and work in coordination with operations team to attempt on reducing customer returns through proper communication approach.
Digital Marketing Management :
- Create online campaigns that integrate website, email, social media, video, online tools and graphics to move people to action.
- Planning & Executing marketing campaign by collaborating with all stakeholders.
- Tying up with content writer / agency / influencer / designer for creating monthly social media marketing plan.
- Develop relevant content and communication to drive brand message across social channels and create conversations and engagement for the brand.
MIS Analysis :
- Sales forecasting : Monitoring sales results and reporting the same to the management.
- Design and prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on Platform / Model wise orders trends, marketing reports and returns trend.
