Head - eCommerce Business

- Responsible for all aspects of e commerce business including business planning, content strategy and development of promotional campaigns. Key owner of new customer acquisition, giving them the best of user experience on omni channel presence on online and offline business model. Ideate and develop various marketing campaigns to build brand and drive consumers through organic and paid channels.

- Online launch GTM planning and execution

- content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies

- Developing, implementing and executing digital marketing strategy for online business set up

- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertisement

- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the new business and drive qualified traffic to online and offline offerings

- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis

- Able to strategize on generating new customer leads, consumer acquisition and lead organic growth on both online and offline business

- Able to develop and map customer funnel at each level of online journey

- Design and develop digital marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and consumer acquisition tools

- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

- Able identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate consumers towards our business platform
