- Develop strategies to realize commercial opportunities with minimal risk to business.
- Managing personal portfolios of promoters.
- Building Systems and Process at Organisation level.
- Project Evaluation Market, Commercial, Technical, Product Mix and Financial Feasibility
- Create and maintain an opportunity funnel for growth in line with management expectations
- Update market information on the competition products / services and how it compares
- Decision support to the management in terms of data analysis, risk vs returns, market research
- Contribute to the pricing costing areas i.e. sales and purchase of land real estate
- Managing rights and obligations under the company's key commercial agreements and regulatory bodies.

- Experience in opportunity identification, business planning and driving execution in a larger scale to meet business objectives.
- Number savvy, analytical bent of mind with ability to articulate strategic plans in terms of data with cost benefits .

- High level of awareness in terms of industry updates, sources of opportunities.
Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in from premier B school with at least 2 to 10 years of experience in Strategy and planning areas preferably in Real Estate and Retail space.
- An experience of 02 to 10 years with a real estate development firm, retail or with a consulting firm with real estate, retail as core practice.
