Job Details :

- The role is primarily responsible for leading, guiding and ensuring the timely preparation and reporting of financial statements/results for the NBFCs and PD in the group.

- The role also encompasses the regulatory reporting to RBI in form of quarterly returns, handling RBI inspection, compliance with regulatory norms in terms of Capital Adequacy, exposure concentration limits, tracking and monitoring stressed assets and NPAs

- The role is also responsible for leading the transition to IND AS w.e.f. April 1, 2018 by disseminating the IND AS knowledge and key changes based on impact assessment study and providing guidance to various business support groups which are handling transactional accounting for business verticals.

- Partner the business team and risk team to handle the Expected Credit Loss Model under the IND AS

- Set goals and expectations for the team and monitor their performance

- Develop the team through constant training and working methodologies

- Facilitating the Limited review of the financial statements of the Company in pursuance of the debenture listing agreement with BSE/NSE

- Lead the transition and conversion of NBFC financial statements from IGAAP to IND AS
