Urgent opening for Head - Real Estate in one leading Private Commercial Bank.

To manage end to end Real Estate requirement as per the set standards pan-India

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordination with Business and Validating the Preferred area for branch Location

- Responsible for Property Sourcing as per the requirement specified with minimum deviations

- Responsible for getting the TSR (Legal due diligence) Done for the premises

- Negotiate, Obtain Approval and Issue LOI as against the term agreed in the best interest of the company

- Lease registration & Lease renewals/ Extensions

- Tracking Landlord scope of work execution & Completion.

- Responsible to coordinate with landlords for rent recovery, rent renegotiation, rent related issue i.e TDS & service tax etc

- Responsible for processing Rental payments for the region

- Maintain the database of the broker across the region
