Head/Divisional Manager - Industrial Relations - Manufacturing Firm (12-22 yrs)
1. Position : Senior Manager or Divisional Manager ( Industrial Relations ), reporting to VP (HR). Male candidate - (In-charge for Multi plants IR located in Tamilnadu)
2. A good academic background / Post graduate in Social Work / IR / Personnel Management. A Law Degree will be an added advantage
3. Age around 40 years.
4. Must know Tamil language
5. Hands on experience in an Engineering / manufacturing industry ( in multi locations / Plants in coordination with multiple Plant HR Heads ) in areas such as creating & maintaining a good IR climate, managing cordial relationship with trade union,
6. Handling day to day grievances of employees, developing good employee relations at the grass root level
7. Discipline Management
8. Thorough knowledge of labour laws and compliance / maintaining relationship with DISH and proficiency in Tamil is essential
9. Negotiating skills and in drafting notices / circulars, charge memos
10 Apply only who are in the salary bracket 24 to 40
