- Looking to hire D&I head for a leading eCommerce company in Bangalore.

- Min 4-5 experience in core diversity and inclusion implementation

- Driving the change in the organization is must

- The candidate should have attended and spoken about D&I in seminars

Job profile:

- You will be responsible for creating and delivering D&I strategy across the organization,

- You will work closely with the HR leadership teams and business leaders to embed and monitor performance throughout the employee lifecycle to attract, develop, and retain a diverse and effective workforce.

- Strategize and build our D&I initiative to showcase as a employer of choice in external forums and promote it internally as well

- Develop a strong internal and external narrative around inclusion, in partnership with Communications, and clear action to deliver it.

- Select and manage external strategic partners, from industry groups to research organizations to vendors

- Manage the D&I programme budget

- Experienced as D&I lead able to scope, shape and drive a progressive Diversity and Inclusion policy and practice delivery with 10 to 13 years of experience.

- MBA in HR or relevant education qualification from Tier I/II business school and qualification in D&I practice ; expertise is key with a genuine passion for driving inclusion and diversity into our operation.

- Track record in successfully implementing projects and processes at an organizational level through effective change management; and proven results on improving business performance

- Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities and ability to successfully operationalize HR programs strategies and collaborate with others through implementation.

- Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation.

- Excellent written/ verbal communication skills, professionally assertive with ability to influence without formal authority

- Strong diplomatic skills along with demonstrated success with the management of learning & leadership programs
