Head - Distribution/Strategic Alliances & Partnerships - Retail (5-12 yrs)
Our client a global firm, is now making in roads in India. Driven by innovation and research, the company fills a massive gap in media distribution through a patented product which brings movies to consumer's fingertips.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To work together with Head of Content and technology to implement, monitor distribution strategies and draw plans to meet business needs. Work with existing relationships to negotiate final contracts with leading retails based on cost/volume requirements.
- To manage production and timely delivery of the product across stores all over India at the lowest cost possible. Monitor stock levels, operate recording systems to track all movements to ensure sales. Direct the distribution team and expand network in tier 2 and 3 cities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification in a business related field.
- Highly relevant working experience at senior managerial level (minimum 8 years).
- Effective communication and customer service skills (verbal & written) - able to work well with in your team.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management software.
- Close attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Indian retail system.
- Speaking and writing skills with both English and Hindi
