Head Distribution Domestic Business Pharma Mumbai based

Role is

- To manage all Commercial & Administrative aspects of distribution.

- To support marketing functions to convert finished goods into cash at most optimum levels

We are ideally looking for a

- Candidate with a pharma background with a minimum of 15 to 20 years indepth experience in Distrbution in large organisation. Science Graduate / B Pharm + MBA degree. Max upto 45 yrs of age

Out of total experience,candidate must have a Pharma experience of 8/10 years of a large organisation and dealing with All India Organisation of Chemists and Drugist (AIOCD ) is most essential

KRAs/Tasks and Activities

1.Channel management

a.C&F Agents

b.Stockists

c.Retailers

2.Facilitating framing of and implementing Distribution Systems & Policies.

a.Facilitating laying down distribution policy & ensuring implementation of the same.

b.Improvisation of systems and procedures.

c.Introduction of control measures

d.Resolving issues immediately as and when they occur.

e.Rationalization of distribution network

3.Improvisation of supply chain management

a.Implementation of system & control measures (Including week based distribution).

4.Transportation management.

a.Managing transporters.

5.Financial Management

a.Distribution expenses management (total cost)

b.Debtors management.

c.Makes distribution cost effective.

d.Statutory compliance and sales tax management.

6.Trade relations
