Job Location: Bangalore

Designation: Distribution Head - South

Reporting to - Regional Head

Experience: 10-12 years from distribution background handling minimum 2-3 states.

Main Purpose:

- Responsible for distribution business growth and channel expansion for the region.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Ensure sustainable growth of distribution channels across the Region

- Design Distribution model, Identifying prospective business partners, responsible for business commencement and expand reach.

- Implementation of the systems and processes (DMS, DSO productivity, Online PJPs, etc) for the channel

- Responsible for branding and BTL activations across the Sub Dealer Channel

- Ensuring the Growth of each product category and SKU basis the profitability.

- Manage new product/service launches & placement in the Sub Dealer channel

- Setting up the team of Salesman/Executives across all branches internally, and also for the Channels.

- Should have been stable in his previous jobs
