Backed by the iconic Ayurveda Group, we at co are passionate about adapting traditional Ayurvedic knowledge to the needs of the modern consumer. Through our high-quality product range and standalone clinics, our mission is to provide a new-age Ayurveda for a new-age customer.

We have had an exhilarating journey so far. With three clinics in Mumbai as well as shelf presence in 150+ retail outlets, we have been successfully doubling sales every quarter. Our 25 member team reflects the creativity and rigor of our founders, providing a fast-paced and cohesive working environment. (See founder bios below). We have also been fortunate to enjoy the trust and partnership of our strategic investors who have experience leading some of India's most illustrious firms (including Reliance Capital & OYO Rooms)

As co enters the next phase of growth we are looking for a Distribution Head. This role entails direct ownership over co's entire Distribution function.

Responsibilities include :

What we're really looking for in a Distribution Head :

Experience :

- Handling P/L of entire sales and distribution

- The candidate should have worked in front-line sales & distribution for at least 5 years; we are open to candidates who have covered both Modern and General trade as well, but deep experience in General Trade is a must

- Should have seen rapid progression through his career

- Should have managed sales teams across multiple levels of reporting

- Team reporting

- Team motivation and management

- Drawing up beat plans and marketing programs

- Should have worked in FMCG / OTC Pharma - Eg: companies such as Himalaya, Organic India, Zandu, Dabur

Experience of the following would be an added plus :

- Working in a super high growth FMCG environment (companies such as Paper Boat, Fogg etc)

- Setting up sales network and a sales team from scratch

Education :

- Should have completed schooling + Bachelors degree from college

- MBA or other Masters degree is a plus

- Should be comfortable using MS Excel, MS PPT and Email

Personal Qualities :

- Candidate should very high level of integrity and honest

- The candidate should also be motivated, energetic and organised
