Head/Director/VP/General Manager - Microsoft Technology Stack - Diversity (Female Candidates)

Role:-

The identified leader will work with lines of business, architecture, dependent software and project management team to deliver initiative-based portfolios. She will set vision for the organization, supervise a team of employees, service providers and directs activities for execution of projects. This role involves technical intervention to direct environment support, software release, performance tuning and system support team.

Mandatory Skills :-

- Strong technical and human leadership skills

- Must have hands on technology and architecture background and be able to personally engage with key programs.

- Must have had strong development experience with Microsoft stack

- Proven experience of building global delivery teams. Must have at least 4 years of global delivery experience with minimum 2 years of experience in USA

- Must have practical experience delivering solutions to Agile models

- Must have led large teams with end to end delivery ownership and proven success

- Must have knowledge of US wealth management and retirements domain

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, MBA or equivalent degree is plus

Experience: Overall 20+ years of IT experience with 10+years of leading software delivery organizations. Knowledge of the Banking domain, in particular Wealth Management will be an added advantage
