DESCRIPTION : - The purpose of the role is to grow/nurture a couple of - IMPLEMENATATION PARTNER- Accounts viz.. TCS, INFOSYS (USA Geo) from where it is today. - This involves building, strengthening teams, opening Doors with the account(s) (TCS/INFOSYS), travel to the US as required etc. - The role may be expected to manage the entire recruiting function in two cities viz. Bangalore and Hyderabad. - Applicant should be an SME with the TCS (Or Infosys) Account i.e understand the nature of the RMG,TAG etc. and the ability to influence them - MANDATORY - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT : - A minimum of 10 years of US Staffing experience. - Must currently hail from a US STAFFING AGENCY working Nights. - An expert servicing the TCS Account. - B1 Visa preferred but not mandatory to have. - Currently located at Hyderabad or willing relocate. - Preference will be given to applicants who have managed/ability to manage multiple US STAFFING Units.
