Job Title: Risk Policy Head - Secured Loans

Grade: Director

Location: BKC Mumbai

Job Description :

- Responsible for developing, maintaining and updating the credit policies, manuals and SOP for all secured loans.

- To develop various control parameters.

- Continuously reviewing and updating the policies and process in line with market development.

- Validation of the program parameters on a regular basis

- Ensuring that underwriting is done basis laid down policies

- Ensuring high standards of the credit quality of the portfolio by using various credit assessment tools

- Responsible for developing and implementing Early Warning tools/triggers and to identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations effectively communicating results to stakeholders

- Imparting Training and coaching team members to increase the competency and productivity of team

- Maintaining and reviewing the MIS to monitor the Commercial Vehicle business and portfolio.

- Mine the data & analyze results using standard/statistical techniques
