Head/Director - Product - eCommerce (6-14 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a technology road-map for development of progressive platform. Build and scale a technology solution from scratch.
- Develop a sustainable architecture to support business growth.
- Build a Technology team that will be responsible for full stack of development, data and analytics.
- Lead decisions on application architecture andtech stack selection and infrastructure design that support scalability, robustness and successful product delivery
- Advisor to the business supporting the high level and strategic vision through product design, development and delivery
Profile :
- Bias for user experience
- progressive technology experience as an engineer, an architect, project manager, and/or a team leader in cross-functional teams
- Experience with full-stack software development including newer front-end frameworks.
- Has a breadth and depth in understanding technologies - we find an understanding of multiple technology stacks is important in making technical decisions, but also require the ability to dig into technical details.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully have brought a product to market
- Solution architecture and critical thinking experience. Experience in technology product development in ecommerce is a plus.
