Head/Director - Operations - Media

- Managed a team of 500 Plus FTE's with experience in Media, Entertainment Industry. Should be able to lead a team of Senior Managers, Managers, Team Leads, Associates etc. Good knowledge on processes, Six Sigma, Lean etc. Excellent Communication abilities and able to work with multiple geographies.

- Masters in Business- Masters in Business Administration or relevant experience in Media and Entertainment Industry.

- Over 15 years- experience in managing large and volatile businesses with proven track record.

- Previous experience in a challenging and dynamic business, where projects at scale and speed were handled.

- Excellent communication and oratory skill, with a love for English language.

- Proven ability to think outside the box and innovate, technically savvy and willing to implement new processes to meet rapidly changing business needs.

- Knowledge of Tableau, Six Sigma, AI/ML-related technology is an advantage.ss Administration or relevant experience in Media and Entertainment Industry.
