- 12-16 years of relevant experience, including 3-4 years as a Talent/HR leader in India within a U.S./European multinational company

- Implements change management strategies to help the organization to continue to evolve and grow- driving improvement in employee engagement and creating a culture of high performance.
- Thrives and can pivot and align quickly with key stakeholders in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Possess a strong analytical mindset- someone who is able to digest data and metrics and can then synthesize these insights into actionable recommendations to help leaders make smart decisions about talent, organization, and culture.
- Results driven and a strong project management skills.
- Know what a high performing HR team looks like; can build a team that effectively delivers both HR fundamentals and systems as well as conceive and deliver key initiatives
- Provide timely guidance and coaching on important people decisions with integrity and based on clear principles.
- Lead the HR team with an empowering style and drives for accountability and results.
- Can handle confidential and sensitive information and be able to apply discretion as needed to people and company situations.
- Able to travel frequently
