The Technology leader will work with lines of business, architecture, dependent software and project management teams to deliver initiative based portfolios. He or She will set a vision for the organization, supervise a team of employees, service providers and directs activities for execution of projects and support large scale platforms. Responsibilities : - Lead a team of highly skilled technical resources who will be an extended team for our US team and also may work on projects in an independent/managed delivery model - Work with the platform leaders and business partners to plan, organize and deliver initiative-based portfolios in a multi-matrixed environment, will be a single point of contact in India. - Manage budget and demand/supply of resources in line with portfolio needs - Participate in full app life-cycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test and release with teams. Have an understanding on agile delivery. - Keep up-to-date on current and upcoming features in relevant products and platforms, industry news. - Resolve bug, issues, improve application performance, and drive team excellence towards releases. - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency - Come up with innovative ideas and work with team to achieve working POC's. Mandatory Skills:- - Strong technical and human leadership skills - Must have hands-on technology and architecture background and be able to personally engage with key programs. - Must have had strong development experience with Microsoft or Java stack building high performance, Low latency, resilient, available, highly scalable &amp; complex systems - Hands-on Experience is Microservices and Container-based Architecture is a very big plus - Proven experience building global delivery teams. Must have minimum of 4 years of global delivery experience with minimum 2 years of experience in USA - Must have 3+ years- experience delivering solutions in Agile models - Must have led large teams with end to end delivery ownership and proven success
