The position reports to the Senior VP - Talent Acquisition looking for some strong leader having minimum 15+yrs of experience, driving lateral and overseeing strategy volume hiring for healthcare verticals.
- Should have driven TA for multi geo locations.
- Should be currently at the leadership level who has good industry connect and is able to hire primarily thru professional references and industry connects in high end healthcare technology areas
- Would be required to manage India hiring targets through a team of recruiters and manpower search firms across metros
