Talisman Advisors is looking for Finance Head Director Level for Indian Business Conglomerate to be based at Delhi NCR with experience of 15 -22 Years

Position : Head - Finance Director Level

Reporting : Board(Promoters)

Experience : 15-22 Years

Education : CA

- Candidate must have excellent track record of raising funds for acquisition, working capital.

- Exposure of international finance, improving credit rating, etc is essential.

- Good relationship with banks, FIs, credit rating agencies, PE firms, etc.

- Investor relations - Exposure of M & A will be an added advantage.

- Securing in principle and final sanctions with competitive terms.

- Negotiating on terms of sanction, secure modification / amendment of terms.

- Managing loan & security documentation and ensuring compliance of covenants

- Securing relaxation of terms on requirement and managing timely disbursement of loans

- Conducting lenders meeting, site visits, so on

- Salary wont be a limiting factor.

- Strong Leadership skills.

- Strong communication skills

- Good coordination skills and analytical skills.
