Head/Director - Engineering - FinTech (9-15 yrs)
We are looking for a Head Engineering for our FinTech client based at Gurgaon.
Ideal candidate will be a full time technology graduate with proven strategic and technology leadership in new age finance companies.

Location : Gurgaon
Grade : Associate Director
Role : Team Management
Work Timings : 5 days, 9:30 - 6:30 pm
CTC : Industry Standards
Experience : 10+ years of Technology exp in Fintech/Banks/NBFCs/E-commerce leading technology
Education : B.Tech/ B.E./MCA/M.Tech from a Top-tier institute/Graduate CS
Technical Skill Set : Worked on Open sourceTech, Python, PHP, Node JS, React, MySQL
Director of engineering will lead strategically and technically the Fintech business.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee front-end and back-end development teams and their projects
2. Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements
3. Ensure compliance with security regulations
4. Manage software development projects by setting requirements, goals and timelines
5. Prepare and manage the engineering department's budget
6. Design strategies for future development projects based on the company's overall objectives and resources
7. Hire engineers and coordinate their training
8. Implement innovative technologies
9. Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools
10. Review and update policies relevant to internal systems and equipment
Requirements:
Work experience as a director of engineering or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering department
Extensive experience with cloud technologies and modern human-computer interfaces
Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development
Good understanding of agile methodologies
