Skills:
- India, SE Asia (mainly Philippines, but also Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore), Australia
- 10-15 years of experience including at least 5 years in pure comp roles, managing for 2-3 cycles minimum in that capacity for a similar sized IT organization.
- Both compensation and benefits
- Deep experience in India, exposure to Philippines and specially Australia a huge advantage
- Some international compensation exposure is a prerequisite
- Exposure to benefits rationalization, tax equalization and global mobility comp design is good.
- Reporting to Global C&B Head out of Montreal, working with leadership team of APAC HR VP and managing business leaders of the Australia based APAC SBU president and 7 BU Leads and APAC CFO.
