Head - Direct Taxation - Metals & Mining

- A renowned Conglomerate wishes to hire an established taxation professional to head the Direct Taxation function for it's metals and mining business.

- The incumbent would deftly manage the direct taxation function for the organisation.

- Would be representing the company from the assessment stage in the Income Tax Tribunal /Taxation Tribunal / Board of Revenue.

- Would be managing /overseeing

1. Income Tax Computation

2. Assessment

3. Appeals up to high court/ ITAT/ CIT appeals level

4. Personal appearance up to ITAI level

5. Transfer Pricing

6. Drafting of appeals & WRIT

We invite applications from CA/MBA Finance with 15-20 years of experience .

Must have exceptional command over the function .

- Should have knowledge of GST .

- Exposure to laws/taxes pertaining to export /import.

- Must have worked in companies of repute.
