- Excellent opportunity for the holder to represent and drive the brand & build relationships with exclusive client base. Being the custodian of Direct Sales vertical, the incumbent will connect with High Net Worth individuals, top Portfolio management/Wealth management consultants, Hi-end Real Estate companies and alike. The incumbent will also be rubbing shoulders with such clients in various Shows/Events organized exclusively for them.

Our client is India's leading name in the luxury retail sector having presence across the country. With an extensive range of products covering multiple categories, they have very aggressive growth plans for the India Market. In line with their aspirations and intent to deliver Sales experience to their HNI client pool, they are looking to recruit their Head of Direct Sales, who will be based out of Mumbai.

Description :

In this role, reporting to the CEO, the person will be responsible for :

- Draw and agree on specific business plans on direct sales with clarity on outcomes and requirement of resources


- Explore continuous strategic partnership opportunities


- Leverage on them for greater outreach for brand offerings - HNIs, Wealth managers/portfolio mgt. companies (top 100), top 100 ultra HNIs close friends of MD, hi-end Real Estate org. and alike.

- Build an engaging team and lead it passionately for achievement of business plans


- Ensure exceptional representation of brand equity and experience in every interaction


- Demonstrate fine balance between sales closure and quality of interaction


- Partner with Marketing and Product Development team to exchange insights on customer experience and product feedback

Profile :

MBA Sales & Marketing with at least 10 years of experience in Direct Sales for either lifestyle/luxury set-up OR as high-profile Relationship Manager for high net worth individuals. The candidate must possess an air of gravitas that command respect with an exceptional conversational ability & ability to represent the Brand. Strong ability to drive sales closure is a must. Exceptional relationship building skills are important.
