Head - Direct/Indirect Tax - Chemicals

We are hiring for one of our clients a Head Taxation profile, with the following exposure:

1. Candidature must be having exposure in handling complex issues which includes litigation, GST audit, refund processing etc.

2. Candidate should have handled complexity around new ERP Implementation and it's challenges post implementation.

3. Candidate should have some exposure in handling international taxation, preferably.

4. It would be great if he/she has some experience in defining tax planning and strategy around new areas of business, M& A or setting up new tax regime.
