Cricket.com is looking for a Product Manager who has a proven track record in handling 360 degree Product Management and can demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit &amp; prove success in building new programs purely generating business results &amp; taking the existing products/services to the next level. Job Description: - Measure and analyze product metrics, player needs, and business opportunities to shape our products' feature set and improve user experience - Determining the product design &amp; development effort and negotiating the launch timeframes with development teams. - Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing product and collate requests from both internal and external requestors. - Conduct research on markets and competitors. - Assist in developing product strategy and roadmap for Cricket.com product. - Create functional and UI specifications/design documents, business cases and wire frames, conduct reviews with requestor groups and development teams and be the main contact for the specifications/design during the software development and implementation phases. - Interface with all relevant stake holders to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts/launches. - Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various features performance and report key findings. - Be the first point of escalation for any product related problems/queries. - Evaluate new product opportunities from an audience and technology perspective. - Analyze internal systems and recommend software enhancements to improve productivity. - Create and maintain relevant product documentation for various internal customers.
