Head Digital Works - CRM Lead (3-5 yrs)
Job Description:
CRM Lead will be involved in all aspects of the retention process: market research, analysis and strategy, campaign planning, creative and content development and campaign performance review. All the tools of the marketing mix will be at your disposal including email, direct mail, customer inbox, telephone and SMS as well as the development of event specific micro-sites and content. Candidate will have to be highly capable of delivering multi-channel CRM on priority and under pressure.
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Understand Customer Contact Strategy
- Ownership of Monthly CRM Calendar
- Campaign Planning
- Keep improving Creativity while executing campaigns
- Multi-channel CRM usage
- Maintain deadlines for processes (Creative- s/Data/Design/Promotions)
- Coordinating with internal teams
- Campaign Execution and Campaign Performance Trackers
- Deliver on priority Ad-hoc campaigns
- Optimising campaign performance
- Good overall knowledge in product areas
- Punctuality to deadlines
- Agent's training in terms of Product knowledge and Campaign Objective
- Low error rate
- Time Management
- Maximizing revenue & ROI
- Analyze campaign results including the audience, offers, creative, deliverability, open rates, click through rates and conversion. Post Campaign Analysis
- Send weekly / monthly reports to management on all activity and performance
- Stay abreast of the latest email marketing best practices, strategies, industry standards and implement best practices to improvise campaign open rates.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Essential:
- Masters in marketing or equivalent experience (Tier 1)
- Online Marketing Experience
- Strong Communication Skills
Desirable:
- A keen interest in online gaming
- Customer-centric thinking
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Self-Starter
