Head - Digital Transformation - Strategic Accounts
- Drive the Transformation (including BPM, Robotics Process Automation, Analytics and AIML) for it's DPO Line of Business . As an DPO Transformation Leader, the candidate will be required to perform following functions: -
- Oversee and Govern Transformation initiatives in BFSI vertical customer(s) to enable the account's mission and objectives and to promote productivity, revenue, profitability and growth
- Ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Thought Leadership: Design and implement general and customer specific strategy roadmaps for next gen technology adoption, implementation and evolution using right-fit technologies
- Drive Kaizen & Innovation, Process re-engineering initiatives, gain deeper understanding of pain points from business requirements, operations and technology standpoint to drive better business results in customer operations
- Client Governance & Senior Stakeholder Management
- P&L, Revenue Management
- Min. 12-15 years experience in IT and extensive exposure to transformation & automation domain. Excellent understanding of current BPO automation products and technology & upcoming trends in the technology landscape
- Desirable to have experience on BFSI Domain / Asset Management / Capital Markets
- Experience in managing large direct team and able to drive accountability in matrix structure. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
