Head - Digital Transformation - IT

- Should have managed scale with significant experience managing Digital Transformation programs

- Experience on modern technologies and architecture (Microservices), Cloud, Bigdata, Analytics, DevOps is mandatory

- Past experience of managing large scale transformation engagements/ cross country teams and centers

- Exposure experience of working in CMMi Level 5 certified ecosystems

- Strong working experience with Agile Methodologies

- Excellent academic credentials with 20+ years of experience

- Proven track record of product engineering, with a strong track record of leadership in technology strategy and product delivery.

- Proven experience in Product engineering leadership roles, managing large engineering teams.

- Strong technical expertise on software architectures.

- Agile, DevOps culture and iterative development practices is a key transformation we are undertaking

- Sound technical depth - ability to deep-dive into technical architecture and design when needed to solve a complex problem.

- Proven leadership skills on building leadership talent pipeline through coaching/mentoring, collaboration beyond boundaries, managing without authority and leading change.
