Head - Digital Transformation - Insurance (11-22 yrs)
We have an immediate and very exciting opportunity from our client. Our client is a large Insurance organization based in Bangalore. They have taken up a large business transformation initiative and are looking for a young, smart, dynamic Professional to Head their Digital Transformation process.
The incumbent will:
- Head the Digital Transformation Effort
- Be Responsible for creating & driving Digital Road Map for the business units
- Conduct organization impact analysis and enterprise redesign strategies
- Apply design thinking principles to create the user-centric design and enhance user experience
- Develop a Change Management plan to drive faster adoption and higher utilization of process/system changes
- Work with BU Heads / Project Leads to ensure that change management activities are incorporated into the overall project plan
To qualify for these positions you should Have all of below:
- BE + MBA from reputed B-Schools
- 10 to 20 years of experience
- Good experience in leading Digital Transformation projects
- Have a clear understanding and experience on Levers to be used to drive successful Change Management
- Have knowledge of Design Thinking principles
- Have some understanding of the Insurance business (- NEEDED- )
- Be very good with metrics & numbers and have an ability to quantify progress/impact
- Have excellent communication, articulation skills
- Be from Bangalore or willing to relocate
