Head - Digital Transformation Consulting

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Digital Transformation advisory services

- Engage with IT & Business leadership to define their digital transformation strategy & roadmap

- Conduct workshops with a cross-section of stakeholders to identify digital opportunities & generate business cases

- Consulting project management, defining business requirements, process design and creating functional designs

- Capability in understanding customer analytical data and information to identify gaps and search for root cause consumer insights and campaign management.

- Executive presence with an ability to engage with client and understand key business drivers around digital transformation, digitization, customer centricity and Marketing.

- Experience in loyalty management and transformation especially with digital programs

- Collaborate with all functional areas of the business to ensure effective knowledge sharing and team participation.

- Participate in the performance management process through goal setting and performance reviews for associates under your responsibility.

Desired Profile :

- Bachelor's degree from a national accredited school.

- MBA or an advanced degree in a marketing and or strategy -oriented discipline from a Tier 1 B-School is required.

- In-depth knowledge of Digital domain and Customer Engagement models, methodologies and frameworks. Including knowledge of the latest research, analysis and best practices regarding online shopping behavior, eCommerce, marketing, loyalty and customer experience methodologies and usability.
