Head - Digital Solutions - Information Management (18-25 yrs)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the CEO, the Head - Digital Solution will drive the Digital Solutions vertical with complete P&L ownership. Responsible for design and drive the business strategy and grow the revenue and P&L for digital solutions BU, including sales, operations, delivery and customer service. We are looking for someone with strong experience in developing Enterprise Content Management Solutions or Hospital Information Management System. The ideal candidate will have experience with ground up development and building technology product from scratch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

Strategic (Contributory role)

- Design and deploy the strategy for Digital Solution BU

- Drives business growth and profitability by expanding the market share in India and globally

- Ensure revenue and EBIDTA achievements for the business meet AOP targets

Financial (Direct Ownership)

- Managing and ownership of entire P&L for the BU.

- Financial management of the top line and bottom line targets ensuring profitability within the agreed timelines

- Develops a robust pricing model to ensure commercials meet EBIDTA targets for the business

- Review and finalize departmental budget and present the same for approval by top management and ensure adherence

Business Development (Contributory role)

- Understand the market trends and prepare solutions to pitch to clients through the product and sales team

- Generate leads for inorganic growth by customizing solutions to suit client needs

- Generate leads for organic growth by generating leads through regional sales teams

- Respond to RFX and prepare sales proposals

Transition & Delivery (Collaborative role)

- Ensure effective transition management through detailed study of the clients existing processes

- Ensure customize solutions based on transition requirements of the client

- Provide guidance to clients on optimizing process and systems

- Ensure delivery and quality TATs are met in line with client expectations

- Ensure systems for effective project tracking and delivery

Customer Management (Direct Ownership)

- Ensure all Customer escalations are resolved

- Maintain high levels of client engagement through regular calls and visits to ensure operational issues are addressed

People (Direct Ownership)

- Recruit, develop and retain the team

- Tale responsibility for people development initiatives and building-up of in-house capability within the business unit

- Ensure focused cascading of organizational KPIs into functional objectives and finally into individual KPIs and review performance against the same based on a set calendar

INTERFACES:

- External stakeholders i.e. Customers, Clients and Partners

- Internal stakeholders i.e. Product Team, Delivery Team, Sales Team etc.

QUALIFICATION

- Graduation/BE/ B-Tech in Computer Science or related field from reputed institution

- MBA from premier institute (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 18 - 24 year experience in similar industry

- Strong experience in Product Management/Development

TECHNICAL /FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

- Knowledge of InfoDocs/Information Management

- Knowledge of Hospital Information Management Solution (Preferred)
