Job Location - Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India Job Description :- We are looking for digital sales & marketing head who'd be working in a growth oriented startup with founder of Group G, the pioneer of real estate in Odisha. In the Digital Sales, your core goal will be to identify and qualify high potential client opportunities to partner Direct Agents. The Digital Sales Head will be responsible for pipeline management, lead generation, and driving revenue through client calls and meetings. The ideal candidate for this position is an independent, self-motivated, proven sales professional who can confidently represent our brand. - Prospecting, lead-generation and development of new accounts - Secure meetings with high-level decision makers and influencers - Engaging in a consultative mode to understand and capitalize on clients needs - Work closely with seniors on presentations and pitches - Build a strategic plan for your client that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building and driving revenue - Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients - Assist in making business proposals, presentations, content marketing, etc. - Follow up and close deals using e-mails, phone, and web conferencing. - Core responsibility is to help in-house brands increase digital sales and visibility. - Generate sales from various digital sales channels globally. - Managing Operational & Marketing Activities for Online Selling Clients - Building Relationships with all relevant eCommerce platforms & Marketplaces for improvising & improving promotional activities - Presenting & sales Forecasting to Management - Well versed with various marketing avenues online as well as offline - Build and develop new sales channels - Run various campaigns, sponsored ads, promotions, etc. - Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets Basic Qualification:- - MBA in sales and marketing from a reputable college - 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing with 1-2 years of experience in digital sales - Should be excellent in MS-Excel, Word & Power Point - Excellent communication skills - Hands on experience with digital marketing tools and marketplaces. - Hands-on experience in leveraging media & non-media led acquisition including co-marketing, partnerships and referral programs. - Expertise in using data-driven rapid experimentation approach to business problems - Highly creative in devising digital & partnerships campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. - A knack for making data-driven decisions with a good understanding of the product, marketing, and growth analytics. - A hustler who is creative and comes with an experimental mind-set - Strong problem-solving ability with a bias towards action. - Candidates from Food & Beverages and FMCG are highly encouraged to apply for this position.
