Head - Digital/Performance Marketing - IIT/IIM/XLRI/MDI/MICA (3-7 yrs)
Our client is a very fast growing Series-B Fintech startup founded by ex-McKinsey, Amazon, JP Morgan, P&G, Nike with IIT Bombay founders and fully funded by Top Global & Asian VCs, such as Accel Partners & Sequoia Capital.
It is an asset-backed online lending platform, aiming to disrupt the traditional brick and mortar lending models. With the scale of the web and advances in computing, big data, machine learning and mobile to bring transformative financial innovation to the market.
Core Responsibilities:
- Define the overall plan for digital marketing and work closely with the team to deliver it
- Lead multiple digital marketing experiment and initiatives across channels, with aggressive timelines and successfully execute on time and on budget
- Use social media management tools for effortless campaign execution and tracking tools like Google Analytics for accurate measurement of key metrics
- Able to write for different channels (from social media to SMS) and in various formats
- Iteratively test web and app, to improve funnel conversion rates
- Measure ROI's and funnel conversion at a campaign level and track improvements
- Ideate & create engaging, well-researched content for social channels to get everybody talking
- Work closely with the Branding team, Creative team and multiple external agencies to bring concepts to life for social media campaigns
Desired Attributes:
- Demonstrable experience in implementing successful campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook, Native, Display and Affiliate Marketing
- Prior experience in Finance/FMCG/Tech startups is a plus
- Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Passion for technology and drive to stay current on industry trends and best practices
