Head - Digital Partnership - Insurance (12-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Drive partnership acquisition and insurance sales in traditional spaces and in new age space like wallets, payment banks, automobile, fin-tech, E-commerce etc.
- Design value proposition/ client acquisition pitches and create financial models/ revenue projections to gauge viability of an alliance
- Oversee partner launches from conceptualization to completion and collaborate with technology, product, marketing teams for the same
- Actively engage with existing partners and leadership to continuously improve attachment rates, introduce new product lines and conduct feedback sessions for continuous development and achieving business volumes as projected
- Analyse and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics
Candidate Requirement :
- Overall work experience of over 12-15 years with atleast 5-7 years in forging Digital Ecommerce partnerships in Insurance Industry
- Experience of engaging with C-level of any partner organization
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, as well as having the ability to communicate complex details simply
