- Very well-connected in the luxury and lifestyle segments - especially in these fields Automobile, Apparel & Fashion, Bags & Accessories, Beverage & Food but also in sectors where is the big money in digital e.g. E-Commerce & Finance (Credit Cards etc.)

- Strong understanding of the needs of our potential clients - best: should have also worked on the other side: brand management etc.

- Influential and likeable - needs to be automatically invited to the events and happenings that matter

- Strong digital background (best incl. standalone digital platforms)

- Experience in building and retaining a strong digital ad sales force that can sell all of our future digital properties

- Experience in launching (digital) brands

- Strong in developing new ad products (ideas, concepts)
