Responsibilities :

- Demand generation Develop the strategy for and manage the marketing programs that drive awareness and organic demand.

- 360-degree analysis - (market, customer, and competitors) - Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the players in the market. Understand how the product is used by our customers.

- Create content (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, and other forums) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.

- Creates business rules : Follows the written business rules which marketing and the sales channel must pursue to ensure 100% accountability for all lead generating activities.

- Creates Qualified Leads & Sales support : Has enough experience to recommend to company's agencies, techniques to increase the number of qualified inquirers who respond to the company's promotional efforts.

- Forecasting : Must be able to deliver qualified leads from the sales inquiries generated by the company (or vendors). Guides systems and processes to give the sales people qualified sales leads (not just inquiries).

Qualifications :

- You have more than 3 years of total experience

- MBA from a Top B School

- At least 1 year of Product/Marketing experience in technology product companies is desirable.

- In-depth knowledge of performance media channels, with a proven track record in leveraging display/programmatic and paid social platforms for acquisition.

- Integrated marketing mindset and understanding of the interplay between offline vs online, and brand vs performance advertising.

- Website management and website conversion optimization

- The ideal candidate will be strong in analytics, detail oriented, can communicate effectively at all levels (from executives to his/her reports), solve problems autonomously.
