Head - Digital Marketing - Online/Internet/Media

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handling the day to day operations of the company

- Deliver on client satisfaction & Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital marketing projects on time

- Lead and direct the team of 10-15 members

- Ensure quality of projects deliver to clients

- Analyze the performance of client websites through various channels such as Google analytics.

- Setting up KPIs and ensuring that monthly client targets are met.

- Responsible for Business Growth

- Mentor and develop employees through a collaborative and supportive approach.

- Help sales team with subject matter expertise in client presentations

Required

- In dept knowledge of Digital Marketing

- Expertise in Client management

- Experience of working in an agency environment with the majority of experience in digital marketing.

- Excellent planning, analytical, conceptual, people management, and organizational skills.

- Strong written and oral English communication skills.

- Self-motivated and the ability to multitask between different client projects

- Strong MS Office skills in Excel, Word & Powerpoint
