Manager Digital Marketing for leading women's Ethnic Fashion brand. Job Description : Digital Marketing Analytics : 1. Manage SEM campaigns for brand sites to maximize conversions. 2. Manage website analytics and provide input to team for improving user experience, content/creative management. 3. Perform A/B testing of site features, campaign creative, dynamic site management to achieve objectives. 4. Manage social media analytics and campaigns to maximize conversions. 5. Track and monitor key metrics for websites, mobile app, social platforms on a daily basis. 6. Prepare all digital marketing MIS on daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis. 7. Research and recommend best practices within industry and amongst competitors. 8. Spot digital trends and capitalize relevant ones. 9. Discuss products offered and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements : 1. 5-10 years of experience 2. Good Knowledge of customer segments, customer journey, customer life-cycle, tools for marketing analysis and automation. 3. Creative, pro-active, flexible individual with a customer oriented attitude 4. Penchant for numbers and a strong understanding of Brand 5. Hands on experience with digital marketing platforms and automation tools 6. Experience in handling digital marketing of products in B2C segment
