Head - Digital Marketing - Manufactuirng

Requirements:

1. Managed a team who is experienced in selling physical stuff online.

2. Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry

3. Experience running successful Online marketing campaigns

4. Solid knowledge of web analytics and Facebook Marketing, Google Adwords

5. Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

6. Analytical mind

7. Spent at-least 3 to 8 Crore INR in various marketing Campaigns.

8. Handled a business with turnover at least 40 to 50 Crore INR

Responsibilities:

1) Creating and implementing Marketing Strategy to increase sales and profitability.

2) Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative

3) Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

4) Set, monitor and report on team goals.

5) Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies

6) Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
