Head - Digital Marketing - Bangalore/Mumbai | Tier 1 MBA | B2B + B2C We are executing a senior assignment of Head - Digital Marketing with one of the leading group of K-12 Schools in Bangalore. The KRAs would be : - MBA degree in Marketing from a Tier 1 College. - At least 4 years of core digital marketing experience is mandatory for this role. - 5-12 years of deep domain experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing across channels. - Understanding of key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools including SEO, SEM, FB, Youtube, Email, SMS, notification as well as app marketing and extended social media portfolio. - Capable of handling large teams of more than 50 in the sales function including goal setting, training and monitoring the same. - Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations. - Exposure to Entrepreneurial scenario involving digital marketing will be a BIG PLUS. - Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
