Head - Digital Marketing - Healthcare Group (7-10 yrs)

Core Responsibilities:

1. Lead, develop and implement strategies and goals based on market research, trends, dynamics and customer needs to create awareness about activity. Lead, develop and manage a complete Online/Offline Marketing plan to build brand awareness, and generate revenue for the organization.

2. Formulating, directing and deploying the successful marketing campaigns and owns their implementation from ideation to execution. Develop and execute marketing activities focused on lead generation, lead nurturing, conversion optimization and driving awareness and brand equity that build a loyal customer base.

3. Forecast annual revenue plan, assign targets to teams and through them develop and well laid out action plan to meet the forecast.

4. Develop organic/inorganic growth strategies, referral and affiliate programs, online display, advertising and campaigns to optimize sales, customer acquisition and retention.

5. Lead and develop a content strategy that supports marketing initiatives. Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent and optimized for user experience. Developing standards and systems for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, with implementation of content strategies.

6. Manage and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content and other marketing related projects. Evaluate and manage the corporate content to optimize online marketing effectiveness. Manage all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency.

7. Oversees and coordinates the implementation of new CRM and integration with the internal IT function, third-party, and email service providers. Optimize marketing activities through complete automation via CRM. Develop and manage website & mobile application with better UI, features.

8. Evaluating marketing performance through various analytics. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROIs, KPIs)

9. Works within departmental budget to develop & execute cost effective marketing plans

10. Establish and maintain standard of performance and ensure competency check at each role. Consistent review, training and performance management of team members.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience of 7-9 years in Digital Marketing (organic / inorganic)

2. Have exposure to multi-channel marketing that enables organizational growth

3. Team handling exposure is must
