Head - Digital Marketing - FinTech Startup - IIT/BITS/IIM/ISB (2-5 yrs)

They are Series-B funded, backed by top-tier investors. They are using the scale of the web and advances in computing, big data, machine learning and mobile to bring transformative financial innovation to the market.
- Define overall plan for digital marketing and work closely with the team to deliver it
- Lead multiple digital marketing experiment and initiatives across channels, with aggressive timelines and successfully execute on time and on budget
- Use social media management tools for effortless campaign execution and tracking tools like Google Analytics for accurate measurement of key metrics
- Able to write for different channels (from social media to SMS) and in various formats
- Iteratively test web and app, to improve funnel conversion rates
- Measure ROI's and funnel conversion at a campaign level and track improvements
- Ideate & create engaging, well-researched content for social channels to get everybody talking!
- Work closely with the Rupeek's Brand team, Creative team and multiple external agencies to bring concepts to life for social media campaigns
- You have an engineering or management degree from a premium school
- You have 2+ years of experience with a strong digital marketing background with a multi-channel focus, within a consumer internet company
- You have demonstrable experience in implementing successful campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook, Native, display and affiliate marketing
- You have strong knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- You are passionate about technology and you drive to stay current on industry trends and best practices
