To do this, we're rethinking how healthcare is delivered by empowering our patients to plan themselves for their medical expenses and help them access high quality healthcare.

As Head - Digital Marketing, you will own and work on the digital infrastructure to drive overall growth for Affordplan. You will define the Digital and Social Media Strategy at Affordplan by defining new audience segments, developing new campaigns and establishing a system for rapid iterative testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to our website.

- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.

- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

- Utilizing range of techniques including paid search, SEO, PPC, affiliate, etc.

- Overseeing the social media strategy.

- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.

- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.

- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 4 years and not more than 8 years of experience working in a digital marketing role

- Deep understanding of popular online channels and forums, including but not limited to LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Quora, StackOverflow etc.

- Power user of at least 3 popular social media platforms

- Experience in working with a tech and/or education brand

- Expertise in user acquisition methods

- Excellent understanding of data analytics tools

- Experience in a early and growth stage startup is preferred
