- Looking for talented Digital Marketer responsible for setting up new digital marketing programs, testing aggressively and prioritizing initiatives to scale customer acquisition efforts.
- Experience should be demonstrated in digital marketing - ranging across paid search, social marketing, display, mobile & app marketing, SEO & ASO.

Description
Reporting to the Country Head you will be responsible for:
- Develop digital marketing strategy for the products in India
- Manage and execute new customer acquisition campaign
- Manage and optimize a large, multi-million-dollar advertising budget
- Own key business metrics, support in-depth business reviews and present to senior executives
- Create, manage and publish dashboard. Report on progress against goals and relevant marketing metrics
- Leverage data for analyzing acquisition funnel metrics and to optimize campaign performance
- Liaise with International teams to share best practices and testing plans
- Innovate and implement test and learn strategies, implement ongoing improvements and invest in areas that drive scalable results
- Builds measurability into programs; analyses and assesses the effectiveness of projects and campaigns
- Works cross-functionally with organizations including marketing, product development and customer support
- Manages multiple tasks simultaneously and successfully
Profile
You will be a successful candidate with:
- BA/BS, BTech, MBA preferred; 8+ years of experience in a strategic leadership role in ecommerce, consumer or product marketing companies
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and optimize marketing programs
- Ability to translate customer insights into marketing activities that achieve tangible results
- Experience in Analytics tools like Google Analytics / Omniture is a must
- Experience in SEO and Social Media expected
- Ability to excel in an extremely fast paced and start-up like environment
- Self-starter that builds strong relationships in order to deliver outstanding end-to-end business results with limited resources
- A roll-up-your-sleeves, get-it-done mind-set
- Confident decision maker with a bias for action
- Comfort with change and ambiguity
- Natural networking and collaboration skills
