Head - Digital Marketing - Education (14-20 yrs)

Roles & Resonsibilities:
- Planning and executing Digital Marketing strategy to meet key marketing objectives.
- Growth Hacking for Lead Generation (primary objective) and Brand Building.
- Nurturing Digital Marketing team across Search (both organic and paid), social media, Inbound, Affiliate and Email Marketing
- Partnering with cross functional teams as and when required for effective campaign planning and analysis.
- Monitoring the integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution for effective brand development
- Ensuring goal-based tracking of Cost per Transaction and Cost per Click
- Reviewing metrics like traffic and leads to formulate proactive plans.
- Defining Metrics, measuring, analysing, and continuously improving performance through relevant reports
- Strategize to use multi-platform digital marketing spends.
- Media planning & digital strategy for executive education courses for global markets
- Management of paid media execution, in line with target yields and spend levels.
- Collaborate with Sales leaders to develop an optimal lead contact and conversion strategy for the sales team, with alignment on sales contact strategy.
- Team management of digital marketeers
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Managing Marketing and Sales team across the US and India.
- Creating, managing, and optimizing multi-channel acquisition campaigns that raise awareness of the company, drive traffic of qualified international students to our website, demonstrate our products leadership in the market, and optimize sales conversion.
- Managing company's partnership strategy, which encompasses universities, education industry partners and potentially employers looking to recruit international students.
- Setting, analyzing, and monitoring channel goals, and adjusting strategy accordingly.
- Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Designing branding, positioning, and pricing strategies
- Developing and managing agency relationships (media, PR, design)
- Collaborating with other company functions to strengthen company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
- Strategies with technologies and automations to enhance
- Ensuring brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
- Rolling up your sleeves to personally create, design, or run initiatives critical to the company.
Relevant Experience:
8+ years of Digital Marketing experience, specifically related to Paid Media Management & Lead Generation
Skills:
- Very strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven work experience in digital marketing, marketing content and brand roles with minimum 10 yrs experience within a marketing team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, WordPress, power point etc.
- Deadline oriented with strong financial management and analysis skills.

- Use of BI and other tools will be an added advantage
