Head - Digital Marketing - EdTech

Our client is a well-funded EdTech firm and part of a large group. They are well established and profitable. They are rapidly scaling up in the domestic market and plan to enter the international markets soon.

They are looking to hire a Head of Digital Marketing to support their growth. This is a great opportunity to scale up a reputed brand and work towards global markets.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Head the Digital Marketing for the organization

- Strategize a frugal approach to Digital & Performance Marketing

- Own metrics like ROI, CAC, CPC, CPM, CLV, Conversions etc.

- Stake holder management & communicate PM impact to them

- Team Leading and growth

The ideal fit would be a candidate with :

- Good education

- 12 to 18 years of experience across Digital Marketing

- 3+ years of experience of Heading Digital / Performance Marketing

- Preferred a young, Digital Native worked with startups or New Age Firms

- Must be driven by numbers and be analytical & create innovative solutions

- Must have great experience on paid search, SEM, SoMe, Affiliate Marketing etc.

- Experience on Marcom & PR will be a great advantage

- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai
