Head - Digital Marketing/eCommerce - FMCG (10-18 yrs)
Digital Head for leading Group (FMCG)
Role : Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Head
Reporting : Business Head
Role and Responsibilities :
- Develop digital strategy and execution plan for the product/services.
- Develop detailed execution plan for the year
- Monitor performance of each marketing channel.
- Continuous analysis of data on product, platforms.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement; test into new marketing channels - scale them if performance is in line with targets
Education & Qualifications :
- Post graduation
- MBA With Digital Marketing course.
Experience required :
- Person must have experience in Digital/performance marketing in any FMCG/E Com.

- Problem Solver, with limited supervision who can take critical decisions
- Build relationships with good networks and contacts to gain support from all levels of company, customers and people
- Self-starter who can understand, formulate and execute business plans accurately. He needs to understand market flow, company strategy and how to implement it independently.
- Should have good interpersonal skills and ability to influence the authority to drive business agenda.
- Focus on identification of needs and delivering results is the base of every function. The person should think and maximize efforts in the requisite direction to deliver the best results.
