Reporting to: VP Marketing
Team Reporting: 5 Direct Reportees
As Head of Digital Marketing, your role will comprise of the following:
1. Strategy: You will be challenged to zoom out and zoom in your role. As a DTC brand, you'll have access to infinite consumer data points. You'll be responsible to intimately understand the consumer using quantitative and qualitative research, and define the right strategy to reach consumers across the customer funnel
2. Channel management and growth: You will be tasked to leverage existing channels by testing out campaign formats and driving awareness about new audiences across social, display, mobile, push, affiliate and email. You will be expected to actively make laundry lists of all marketing channels, score them across multiple attributes, present to key stakeholders, and clearly articulate your points of view of what makes sense to brand and why
3. P&L management: You will need to work cross functionally, partnering with teams to improve end to end conversion across the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel to impact business ROI.
4. Growth hacking: We constantly innovate at organization . You will be expected to spend a chunk of your time driving different experiments from 0 to 1
Experience & Qualifications:
1. Strong exposure to digital performance marketing in an online technology business
2. 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience as a marketer
3. Maturity to partner with people from different backgrounds, including Creative, Category, Data, and Product organizations to advance traffic growth agenda items
4. Growth hacking, startup, entrepreneurship experiences are a plus
5. Data analysis skills - R, SQL (preferred)
6. Bachelor / Master's degree in business or engineering
